"The Groenewoud project works with the typical post-war cauliflower neighborhood. Such urban typology is facing common challenge of social issues, deteriorating facility and public space, climate change, and housing pressure. We offer a universal and flexible solution that allows for transformation rooted in the existing community. All scale and subject – social and spatial, building and landscape, living and non-living – work as integrated components of a whole."
