"The main issue is the underutilization of the Kurviertel in Borkum and the lack of integration between nature and the city. The project promotes ecological development through dune restoration and the use of local building materials by reusing construction components. Socially, it contributes to diversity and community through new public facilities, making the space more appealing to residents and visitors."
