"Our project defines the framework for the creation of a new habitat based on the preservation and enhancement of existing environmental values, whilst collective interaction is encouraged through a place-making strategy organised around three scales (5, 10 and 15 minutes walking). This sets a clear connection with E17 theme, where ecological and social issues are complementary aspects for a ‘living city’."
