Inhabited milieu's challenges The Principality of Asturias presents a site aimed at rehabilitating a disused building in the San Lázaro neighbourhood of Oviedo. This project aims to transform the emblematic building into rental housing for young people as part of a strategy to facilitate access to housing and promote innovative and sustainable solutions.
