The Project is inserted in a territory of unconnected urban fragments, where a social problematic is added by the adjacent zones. The design is a new city centre that will eliminate the condition of periphery neighbourhoods of the adjacent zones. Finally eight urban tissue models are conceived, which equal to eight neighbourhoods with their different identities. Dwellings are designed as an element of social pasting and an equipment system introducing new utilities that permit the development of new commercial and leisure activities, as well as new models that respond to new family structures and neighbourhood relations.
