Team point of view

From the analysis of village structures norms for the design and organisation of urban development are derived and transferred into a modern version.
Even though the vanished villages of Bitterfeld had to step aside for open-cast mining the medieval road network still indicate their relation to the city. The ancient roads together with direct visual references to the villages mark the heart of the district, where the meeting centre is located. .
Here the elderly of Bitterfeld collaborate to establish a new form of child care, thus reconstructing the fellowship. .
At the quay a mix of different leisure activities is recommended. These are designed to be appealing for different generations and a variety of people. Sport events will attract sportive tourists.
